I’ve been a loyal customer at Yuki house at glen for 2-3 years, regularly purchasing facial packages and trusting their services. However, my recent experience has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I come here regularly for skin treatments and absolutely love it! Easy parking in the mall, a calm and elegant space, and the sweetest beauticians. I always drift off mid-treatment—it’s that relaxing—and wake up feeling refreshed and radiant every time! Tried a hand treatment today too, and it was just as amazing—so soothing and left my hands super soft!

Don’t bother unless you speak/ read mandarin. The staff hardly speak English, the posters are all in mandarin. Even the confirmation text was sent in Mandarin! Saw a promotion on Facebook so booked a facial. I’d seen all the great reviews but was treated like they were doing me this big favour. Even the “tea” I was offered at the end was luke warm.
