Dr. Yamaguchi and her nurse, Jessica, made me feel comfortable and well cared for during this initial consultation and procedure. Dr.Y explained everything she was going to do in the procedure prior to it happening, explaining risks, providing reassurance and offering me gold standard care. I’m so appreciative!
Dr. Yamaguchi was very though and thoughtful during her examination of my problem. I appreciated her gentleness and the time she took to explain everything very carefully.
Dr. Yamaguchi was amazing. She explained to me in detail everything that I needed to know for the procedure, instill confidence in me and calmed me down. She was very delicate and precise. She showed me everything she was doing and explained me how was my bladder. I highly recommend her.
