My experience with Dr Yujin Oh was good. However his office staffing and billing has been a complete nightmare. Not only was a procedure coded wrong.
Dr.Oh was my doctor for an entire year and a half. He would not change my dosage on my ADHD meds (non-narcotic, non-addictive) even though I was on the lowest dose possible. Instead he put me on a dangerous SSRI that gave me extreme high blood pressure. I was having close to 15 hot flashes a day, Dr o could not figure out why. I told him it was my depression medication and he said that is not a symptom of your depression medication. Dr. Oh listens intently. His comments and questions demonstrate he has read your file and knows your medical situation . He explains his medical diagnosis and recommendations in language you can understand.
Dr. Oh was very polite and respectful. As a new patient things can be difficult for the both of us. Even though a couple bothersome concerns were’nt resolved, I still felt he did everything he could until care was established. I respect and appreciate him. And as far as the entire staff- Thank you very much for the kind hospitality :)
I was never seen by the doctor because the girl in the front was so rude and inconsiderate had the biggest attitude fed me false information and while I stepped outside for a minute to make a phone call to my insurance she canceled my appointment. What a waste of a day off, Dr. oh should really consider getting a new front desk staff .
