This is the shittiest student accomodation ive ever stayed in. If youre considering, dont come here, please. I live with 5 other guys, the door dont even have locks, theres a complete lack of privacy, my drawer lock has been broken since ive moved here and have not been fixed (its been 3 months) ive made complaints and they basically told me to wait again. Worst student accommodation in Melbourne. The door lock is broken and I can't get in. It has not been fixed for 5 days. The staff does not respond to any platform. The bond is not paid to RTBA. I paid $659 per week for a 17 square meter room and only got this service.
Lived here around 2020-2021, would not recommend. Be prepared to get charged for all the “damages” in the room even if they were already present before you moved in. Staff were very rude when I tried to remove some charges for things I wasn’t responsible for. I spoke to the manager at the time and he was very polite and told me he would waive all the charges. He never did, and when I sent him an email to ask why I was still charged, he responded very aggressively and claimed that he had never spoken to me in person. For cont... read more
