Do not sign a lease here. I've contacted them a handful of times before and during my lease and have never gotten a response. I've never stepped foot in my unit there and they would not allow me to break lease or have someone take over. I was told they are not allowing lease takeovers because all the leases for the following year have already been signed despite the website showing plenty of availability. Waste of 6 thousand dollars. Never again.
Honestly this place is great especially for student living. The maintenance guys are amazing especially Kennith! The staff are great and really understanding. They are happy to help with anything even small issues. The only complaint would be getting people to pick up their dog poop and letting there dogs run around without watching them. I used the roommate finder and got an amazing roommate! I would recommend this over the other student living in Pullman.
We need bigger shuttles
Pullman hills maintenence tear are great. My hot water was luke warm in the morning when I took my showers so I asked them to come check on it. After some routine checks they discovered that one of the heating elements was out on the hot water heater. They replaced it and my hot water is working great again. The team was very professional and courteous. Thanks guys for doing a great job. 👍
