If you want to live here expect your neighbors to be having loud ragers every single freaking weekend and say goodbye to your sleep. Because of the huge parties, there will also be no parking near your unit. And they light fireworks in the parking lots. It's really great. Do not sign a lease here. I've contacted them a handful of times before and during my lease and have never gotten a response. I've never stepped foot in my unit there and they would not allow me to break lease or have someone take over. I was told they are not allowing lease takeovers because all the leases for the following year have already been signed despite the website showing plenty of availability. Waste of 6 thousand dollars. Never again.
