This place has brought me nothing but troubles. Literally. If it isn’t one thing it’s another. Don’t live here unless you want lease screw ups, random fees, them “losing” documents, and living in a shoebox that you can’t control the temperature on. Paying 750$ for a tiny room with a shared thermostat.
Maintenance people are fantastic and so kind. They fix problems I don’t even know I had and have given me plenty of tips as a young person living in an apartment. The front desk staff is nice but not extremely helpful, always ask for the manager if it’s serious. The shuttle is great but sometimes I can’t even get on if I’m the last stop because of passenger limits. It is good to be safe but they need to figure out a way to make sure the shuttle is accessible for everyone, not just if you’re first in line or the first stop.
Horrible management!! We have had a terrible experience here with all of the lies we were told before we signed our lease. The shuttle SUCKS!

Love my new home! The only low is the flower beds filled with rock, though low maintenance it would be great to get it filled with concrete for larger walkways. And beautiful views! I hope we can get a dog station at the top of the hill, such a great place to walk from the path with furry friends and up to see the views from the water tower.
