My daughter lived in different apartments here and they all were bad. The place is old and some of the apartment's are in real need of updating and well basic care and you can't get it here. She was in a Townhome and the windows would not lock at all!!!! It was a good 15 degrees cooler in the downstairs during the winter, you can't even sit down there it is so cold! Upping the rent $200 on a BEDROOM is insane. No upgrades or anything to justify the increase other than because you can. Greedy
Wayne and Sav were an excellent help with their maintenance work. My roommates and I had a lot of damage in our home and they were able to manage all of it! My concern is with how disgusting this place was when I moved in. A cleaning service is said to come beforehand, yet my mom spend a good 3 hours cleaning just my bathroom. There were not only head hairs on my walls but pubic ones too. We scrubbed my floors three times as well. After the third round, dirt was still coming off. Maintenance has been in our apartment a total of 5 times and every single time they have been cheerful and nice. They are very efficient and responded to our requests timely.
