Great experience living here. Management was great, amenities were great, staff was friendly
If you are considering the grove for your first apartment or your child's, look elsewhere. In my three years living here, it has been nothing but a fight with all the employees, management, and maintenance. First and foremost, no package you order will ever be logged in a reasonable time. It regularly took them 5 to 6 hours to log packages and they don’t allow delivery to your doorstep. In my apartment, our air conditioning broke and was not fixed for 2 weeks. Worst place to live around. They don’t prorate rent and make you move in August 20th so you have to pay a full month of rent just to stay there for 10 days. The management is terrible, and there are so many hidden fees they don’t tell you about OR have on the lease that if you think you’re saving money by moving here you absolutely are not. There’s a $60 application fee, and another random $350 charge when you pay for the application. They pressure you to lock in to a lease to avoid additional charges.
