Honestly worst place ever. Spend the few extra hundred to get somewhere nicer. Place is gross and crawling with spiders and bugs. Carpet is nasty and so are walls. Hot water barely works. Freezing cold in winter. Windows don’t lock and we had somebody try to break in. Managers don’t care at all. Literally my biggest regret in life is signing here. It’s not worth it. There’s a reason it’s cheaper.
Our experience with Yugo Flagstaff Grove (August 2024 - July 2025 lease term) was unacceptable from the start, despite the on-site staff being friendly and courteous. When my daughter moved in, her unit was in terrible condition - the room had a strong cat-urine and ammonia odor, and she couldn’t even stay there for several nights. We had to make other arrangements for her while the property replaced the carpet, repainted the room, and replaced the base trim. My daughter lived in different apartments here and they all were bad. The place is old and some of the apartment's are in real need of updating and well basic care and you can't get it here. She was in a Townhome and the windows would not lock at all!!!! It was a good 15 degrees cooler in the downstairs during the winter, you can't even sit down there it is so cold! The managers don't seem to care. They don't notify you before coming to work on anything so they could technically walk in while you are showering. The dog part ... read more
Upping the rent $200 on a BEDROOM is insane. No upgrades or anything to justify the increase other than because you can. Greedy
