This entire establishment is a scam, they do anything they can to gouge every last dollar from you and then don’t even do the things they need to do to make it a nice place. They are too lazy to separate mail so you have to sort through everyone’s mail to find yours, they took a month to fix my shower that was broken, they only give guest parking passes for 2 days and when they expire you better believe that they are towing your car the moment they can. Could not recommend this place less.
It is okay to live here, but I currently pay 969 for a non-renovated apartment with no elevator. If you are requesting a random placement, fight to not be on the 4th floor!! The whole complex is outside, so ANYONE can walk up to your door with no needed permission, as the other student housing apartments have. They also do not clean or cover the pool during the winter. The front desk is super nice though.
Don’t bother living here. When we moved in, the apartment reeked of cat litter and when informed, the office wouldn’t do anything. The apartment looks completely different than the model and the furniture provided is not what was shown in the model unit. Instead, we got mismatched chairs, one of which was broken. We got uncomfortable, black leather couches that were falling apart and have cat scratches all over them.
