Coco's ear wax removal service is the best ever that I have experienced in Metro Vancouver. I called the store by Google searching and had an appointment very soon. Coco served me with professional removal. She also listened to my concerns and kindly suggested me for specialist consult. The whole service was smooth, gentle and caring. Thanks to her consideration, the result was above expectation. Definitely will be back to Coco once needed.

First time experiencing an ear spa but I was super happy with how it went. The staff were very polite and friendly, the space was clean, and the service itself was incredibly relaxing. Will be returning.

太棒啦!!! 手法专业 环境舒适 体验感拉满，唯一的缺点就是为什么最长的项目只有两个小时 我可以做一整天🤣

Best head & ear spa everrr 🧖‍♀️ !!! Soo relaxing, my hair was so fresh after, Jenny did a wonderful job! It was also my first time getting an ear spa and Shirley walked me through the process so I felt assured, my ears were so well groomed and I can hear better thanks to her :))💫 Highly recommend! This place and service is too underrated, am definitely coming back for more !
