Find another clinic to go to and avoid coming here. Receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. Extremely unhelpful and not good at their job- she spews out random excuses to not do their job, and just overall deters patients from coming in.
Receptionists everytime are always so rude and sassy.
Dr. Xiong was kind and efficient with her work. Never had any problems with her and she has excellent communication skills. Easy to talk to and always a pleasant visit. Thank you for your hard work!
I have been a long time patient since Dr. Yue and now with Dr. Li. The doctors are amazing but I have been unable to schedule my appointments, prescription refills, requisition for my annual body checkup or anything because of the unpleasant receptionist that answers the phone. The previous one (who wore glasses) was very pleasant and professional to deal with. The current one needs to be either trained or relieved of her position. The office dropped me as a patient. I saw Dr. Yue in October 2024, and the receptionist did not communicate to me at the time of the visit that I should be arranging to see one of the new practitioners and that Dr. Yue would be retiring this year. Apparently I should have "seen the posters on the wall" in reception. I have been going to this office since I was born, and I feel really let down.
