Attempted to cancel my husbands appt because he wasn’t going to get off work. I was told we would be charged and then the front desk girl hung up on me. Will not be returning. No patient deserves that treatment.
Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to see Dr. Yudelman because the staff "didn't want to bother" with filling out the necessary insurance forms for coverage. That is a direct quote. They "couldn't be bothered". Pathetic. As they say, it starts at the top, so I can only imagine that this is indicative of the lack of care throughout the office. Find another profession, because you really don't seem interested in doing your job.
Soft spoken and very kind. Treats you as a human, listens, examines and even has a sense of humor. Difficult diagnosis but at this point I am impressed. Saw another Gasto at the hospital and would never go back to him. Dr Yudelman is the person I will stay with. He thinks out of the box!
Everyone was very nice, pleasant The only thing that was bad it that I was told Dr. Yudelman would come out to post op and give me a report. The nurses knew my son was in the waiting room to hear what the doc reported . When they were getting me ready to go home i asked when the doc was going to give me a report and I was told he already talked to me when I was "out of it" They never called my son back to hear report and I have no recollection. I was impaired and as a nurse that is unethical.
He was the Dr I was looking for after I moved down here his bedside manner was simply awesome. he took time to find my concerns he looked through my records and assured me that my condition was what I had been told and it would take time to heal. very informative
Our 1st grandchild was born and I had a persistent sore throat. I went to see Dr. Yudelman to protect the baby. He diagnosed esophageal cancer and I was given little chance to survive. Resulting from his early detection and continued care, I will be able to celebrate my grandson's 18 birthday w a round of golf. I have a 2nd grandbaby due, and with Dr. Yudelman's meticulous care another early tumor has been found. I will hold my next grandbaby. I am living testimony to Dr. Yudelman's skill.
