The actual physical therapy staff was excellent. I think they had a genuine interest in my getting better, and to them my compliments. The administrative part of YVPT is extremely disappointing. There was an insurance problem so they cancelled any appointments I had made. I spoke to them about this, and they assured me everything would be resolved. This was on September 7. I did not hear anything from YVPT, so stopped in their office. I was told someone would get back to me. Grant called back, and seemed earnest in helping. ... read more
