A couple of gals I spoke to on the phone are really nasty pieces of work. . . Today imparticular ( called back no answer). Haven't received a call back from a supervisor . Nor the message I left regarding group referrals. Have called SEVERAL TIMES for some help. So far nothing in regards to that. Very disappointed because I keep trying and trying and also the phone rings with no answer for literally 20 mins at a time. Called more than twice today and that's what happened before lunch time.
Great people. Be on time and pay your fines and you will be just fine.
