I hosted a bespoke retreat at the Yucca Shala over a long weekend arriving Thursday and departing Monday. Kim and Spencer have created a very special event center with grounds that they have personally built, planted and nurtured, the magnificent Joshua Trees at the Yucca Shala have stood on that spot for centuries. I’d read that they called this place a tangibly energetic space, and I didn’t fully understand what that meant until I experienced it myself. I immediately felt a sense of love, safety, and spiritual open-mindedness when I stepped into Yucca Shala Retreat. You can truly feel how much care and attention to detail has gone into every decision. Huge credit to Kim and Spencer! It’s clear how much heart they’ve poured into creating this special space. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind, unplug, relax, and grow.
Love this place, love these people. Highly recommend any event that Kim & Spencer put on. The venue is gorgeous and perfect for all sorts of kinda of events.
I had a great experience hosting a sound meditation retreat at Yucca Shala. They have a beautiful sanctuary space with a world class gong that gets great light and feels ideal to lead experiences in. The dorm space inspired a real community to form out of our time there and our hosts took great care of us. Highly recommend.
My wife and I got married here on October 13th of this year and it was the best experience of my life. This venue is absolutely INCREDIBLE and has so much to offer!
