My appointment was at 1pm they didn't start working on my car until 130, the owner said up to two hours and they didn't start finishing up until 4pm. Unfortunately, I didn't have a ride so I had to wait, although the owner was friendly it felt more like I was waiting at someone's house than at a professional environment. He had his dogs running around using the bathroom and they would jump on the couch and take over my personal space. Tint is falling off the rear window and the trimming around the brake light looks horrendous.
Great shop. Owner was very professional and friendly. Explained everything in detail and no sales push. They even drove me back to my house and picked me up once the job was done. I was very appreciative. Two cars have now been serviced here and both jobs have been excellent. Will not go anywhere else.
