Update: Luckily, I was still in the area and able to bring the car back for a few things to be addressed. However, once I got home, I noticed the back vents hadn’t been touched, and my carpets were still dirty. What’s even more frustrating is that I chose this shop based on the glowing reviews—people brought in filthy white or tan interiors and left with their cars looking brand new. Great service, have taken both our vehicles here and they do a great job for a good price!
I paid for the full detail and tipped, and while the customer service was good, I left without that happy “money well spent” feeling. While still at the shop, I pointed out the exterior, back window, front middle console, and the strong air freshener smell—they addressed all of that right away, which I appreciated. I had a full interior detail done, they did an absolutely amazing job! I have light fabric seats and 3 kids, the stains were pretty set in, but they cleaned it SO well, it honestly looked brand new. I will absolutely have this service done again here. Also, very nice people in general.
