One of the best gyms in NorCal. Been trying to find a gym like Training Zone since moving and it's impossible. The gym goers and owners made the gym environment one that isn't overly pretentious & simply bout working out. I haven't found a gym yet that has equipment like Training Zone plus isn't heavily cardio machine driven either. And the dry/wet sauna is amazing especially for relieving aches and pains. Whenever I visit my hometown I stop by this gym to get a good workout in.

Update! Still love this gym even at their new location! Great staff! They have so many classes, tons of equipment and lots of little corners and crevices you can go and hide if you like to do your own thing at the gym without feeling like everyone is staring at you! Lol Love this gym and appreciate the size of the facility and variety of the machines. Love that there's a women's only section and lots of classes. It's very clean and the staff are awesome!
