We are so grateful to the City of Yuba City for helping make our wedding ceremony extra special. Maddy was amazing—she helped expedite our request to use the beautiful fountain as our ceremony backdrop, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I tried calling 3 times to find out what the water connection fee is ? After being on hold for 10 minutes they don't tell you who your supposed to talk to and then transfer you to a voicemail !! call back and do it all over again, now been on the phone for 20 minutes playing a game!! Then i call back for a third time , but no one there can answer the question. sounds like we need DOGE to get down there!
They are always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. They go out of their way to help and the crews they send out are always prompt and super friendly too!!
My street has a lot of sidewalks lifted up due to tree roots coming up. I can't enjoy a walk without the fear of tripping or falling. I contacted 311 and the city came out slathered some fresh concrete over old concrete. The new concrete is already chipping and cracking apart. Cauding more of a hazard. Finally got ahold of someone at the city, and was told we are responsible for the side walks I was told, even though we didn't plant these trees. I'm told the tree isn't mine technically. I called Public Works Department because someone is spraying graffiti on Edgewater circle. The receptionist was very helpful, & assured me it would be taken care of. !!!!!👍
