Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to confirm availability and my timeframe, but when I arrived I was treated as though I had given incorrect information. Communication issues continued throughout the visit. I requested a one-hour massage for myself and a 30-minute massage for my son, yet this was repeatedly misunderstood.
