Best gym to workout
Joined YCCF in December of 2023. The best decision I've made for myself! CrossFit always seemed intimidating (from what we see on TV or social media) but l felt support from the amazing coaches since say one! It's the place where I invest in my physical and mental health, make friends, and surrounded by positivity! My husband joined the following year and we both absolutely love it!
I’ve been attending YCCF for a few months, and I love it! The coaches are super knowledgeable and no matter your fitness level, there’s always a coach there to guide you and push you just the right amount. The workouts are always varied and challenging, and the community is incredibly supportive. The gym is clean, and the equipment is top-notch. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced, this place is perfect for reaching your fitness goals. Highly recommend! :)
