My visit to Yuan’s on 7/1 was great until it came time to pay the bill. As I was paying the bill, I handed Sarah $10 tip which represented a 20% of the cost of the service. The cashier (Sarah) made me feel extremely uncomfortable and irritated when she demanded $15-$30 dollars tip for a $50 massage. Apparently they have a guideline that specifies how much gratuity should be given. Gratuity is voluntary, not mandatory.
