Dr. Hung and his staff are professional, responsive, and technically sound at what they do. I had a tooth extraction and implant placed at this location and could not have had a better experience. At the initial consult him and his team went over all the options and possible outcomes of the extraction and plan for implant. Had appointment on this day and had very bad experience with this office. Front desk was very unprofessional and rude. The person at the front desk talks down to people based on their race. All patient’s forms were requested to be filled and signed on the paper and then transcribed into computer system. Subsequently asked to check the ACCURACY(?) and re-sign those forms again.
