Scheduled an appointment and waited 6+ months for a new patient appointment as I needed an MD PCP. I called the day before the appointment because nobody had contacted me to confirm the appointment. When I called in, I was told that some receptionist named Maria canceled my appointment in late October. I never canceled, nor did I receive any form of notice regarding her cancelation. Dr. Yan is great !! She is intelligent , thorough and a wonderful listener . She makes me feel comfortable and is empathetic and cares . I have had to switch primary care doctors a few times due to providers lacking good bedside manners . I refer my friends and neighbors to her .
