I had a great experience with Dr. Yu. He was extremely patient and took the time to carefully walk me through the entire treatment process, including all possible side effects. His thoroughness and calm demeanor really put me at ease and gave me confidence moving forward. The nurses were also amazing, attentive, and professional. I truly felt cared for and supported by the entire team. I’m very grateful to Dr. Yu and the staff. Highly recommended!
Dr Yu and his staff are great. It was a very caring experience in a difficult situation. I felt my treatment was a priority and I had confidence in the decisions made on my behalf. However, dealing with the billing department is ridiculous! The patient service in that department is a one star!
