I have been a patient of Dr. Yu’s for over a decade! I found her when I lived in Queens and still drive almost an hour to see her after we moved. She is truly wonderful. She answers all my questions, is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate- everything you’d want in a physician. Ana is always accommodating on the phone if I need anything and the new office location (in the same building) is spotless and easy to get to. Highly recommend.
I have been seeing Dr Yu for about 5 years and I find her to be very caring, concerned and knowledgeable. She also displays a very positive attitude. Her staff is always super nice and polite. She is a doctor that I look forward to seeing and that I would highly recommend.
Dr. Yu is a wonderful doctor that I am so appreciative of. I was referred to her office by many on online facebook groups and from a family member and knew I was in good hands the second I walked through the door. I've been bringing my mother to this office for the past year, and it has only gotten worse. This has been the worst experience with a doctor. I would strongly advise staying away from this practice. They are outdated, still using fax machines to send prescriptions, even though it's 2025 and most medications are sent electronically now. They almost never sent it on time! The wait time can get pretty long and the front desk is not friendly. They can keep you on hold on the phone forever if you try to call them
