Very professional and also personal. The care and explanation of the issues are the best I have come across. She gives great care advice and provides a clear “what to expect.” Her office replies very quickly to messages. Her and her team genuinely care for their patients.
Worst MD I have ever met. She does not listen to her patients at all. She is beyond condescending. I will never see her again. Please go somewhere else where there are more compassionate Physicians!!!
Dr Yu is a lovely doctor, however her system of communications is the most convoluted system I ve ever with. There is no direct phone to her office. Her office staff calls back but if you are not available then they leave a call back number that gets you to phone bank that you can never get to the person who called you asking you to call then. Very upsetting situation.
She is the best I've ever seen.
