Dr. Lin always listens and shows genuine concern. He is always quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns I may have. Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating. I’m thankful for Dr. Lin.
I am very disappointed with the billing at this office. I spent 5 minutes with the doctor and was billed for a full hour, which I had to pay out of pocket for. It is also impossible to reach their billing department by phone. Highly unethical and irresponsible billing practice. I will not be returning.
Dr Lin is great I fully trust him and I've had no issues with nurses or front desk, all were wonderful.
I have been using this office for several years and found that Dr. Lin, their nursing staff and recption staff are wonderful.
