I saw someone say their low reviews got deleted so lets see. My experience going here was just like any other arrogant doctor. They have their assistant do the work, they come in for two seconds, write off any of your pain tell you to come back in many weeks to check again. This is Northwell too. This is what you get when you have someone who gets paid just to see you and move on.
My negative reviews keep being deleted, so I'll just negative review again. I had two ankle surgeries for a trimalleolar fracture by Dr. Yu in 2016. After my second ankle surgery, I wound up with CRPS. When I complained about the pain to the Doctor and his PA, they both laughed at me and the PA said "well, we'll just amputate your foot and the CRPS won't bother you anymore" Ignorant as anything. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. Yu and PA Jordan are an amazing team! They are caring and compassionate, and fixed the ankle I thought was beyond repair. 5 stars is an understatement.
