Dr. Yu and PA Jordan are an amazing team! They are caring and compassionate, and fixed the ankle I thought was beyond repair. 5 stars is an understatement.
I love Dr. Yu and his staff , especially Jordan . Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. You feel more than patient.
If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been passed through voicemail boxes, and idiot nurses who can’t do their jobs right. All I’ve been asking since Friday of last week is for a script for physical therapy and you would think it’s like trying to mine for diamonds. I’m told I can’t receive a telehealth when all I need a script for physical therapy. I told them they can fax it to me and i keep being told I need an appointment to receive a script. This is the worst medical facility I’ve been to. Go anywhere else!
Dr Yu repaired my Achilles. He has a great bedside manner and my foot is now pain free! I do not trust many doctors but he is one f the few that I do
My experience going to Orlin and Cohen located in Port Jefferson was amazing. I had X-rays done in the office right away and was seen by the PA very friendly and helpful and Dr Yu came after to meet and listen to my concerns. Dr Yu was very nice and very knowledgeable about my situation and resolved my concerns. I truly appreciate the support and time the providers have given to me.
