I have been to the Yu Spa in Crystal Lake Illinois, several times in the past few years. Recently having wrist surgery, I waited a month after surgery before returning again to the Yu Spa as I was concerned it may hurt my wrist post surgery. Great, i've been here twice and loved it both times - i wish i knew what lotion they used as it smells wonderful!
Alan is amazing!! My husband’s physical therapist friend recommended Alan to him. $47, he messaged from the top of my head to the tip of my toes, front and back.Ive had many other spa messages in the past that were 3x’s the price. This by far was the best message I’ve ever had!
I’ve had many experiences here, repeat customer. Great value for an awesome service. Different service providers offer slightly different experiences, I like some more than others but while it seems you can’t request a specific technician, definitely worth trying them out! :)
I've been here several times and love it..staff friendly and very clean and the price unbelievably reasonable I'd give 10 stars 🌟
