Very reliable, honest, not overpriced. Friendly staff. They're always booked up for repairs because people go back to them. Highly recommended.
I was extremely happy with the service and how quick and efficient they were. I've been to many garages, and being a woman, I didn't feel I was being ripped off so this one I am sticking to 😁😁
Despite being quoted £250 - £300 over the phone for a full service on my van, I was charged £397 once the work had been done. I phoned around a lot of other garages in the area for comparison and was quoted £250 - £300 for my make and model. When I queried why I had been charged so much more than the original quote, and why the figure was so much higher than any other garages in the area, the receptionist was rude and aggressive and even raised her voice at me. Great service , brilliant mechanics, the woman receptionist can be a bit sharp and dismissive, well the 3 times I've interacted with her she was anyway . Not a complaint just an observation from someone who used to teach customer service courses. Anyway try them they are really good .
