Absolutely the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. They gave me misleading information about the car’s condition, and when I pointed it out, they refused to take responsibility. The entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this place — save your time, money, and frustration.
I had a car on reserve at this dealership and was repeatedly reassured by Tyler that I’d be the first to view it over the weekend. He gave me his word multiple times that the vehicle would be held for me. Despite that, he went ahead and sold it the day before I was scheduled to come in.
