Absolutely shocking. Nurses rude to Covid patients on Oakdale and Bargoed wards. Making desperately ill patients wait over an hour for water, and meal portions too small for adults, who often go hungry and met with disdain if they ask for something to eat. 6.30pm to 8.30am is an absolute joke! 14hrs between meals!! Do you think that is reasonable?? Upon discharge, asked for chair to support exit, and was advised that if you can't walk maybe you should not be going home!! A huge thank you to the staff in MRI for looking after me today. They were so pleasant, caring and very efficient. They made an unpleasant procedure much better.
