90 year old parent sent for Emergency Blood test , kept in A&E for 8 hours 15 minutes it's now 1.15 pm and he's in A&E reception still , laying across three chairs with a blanket over him . Completely disgusting way to treat a 90 year old .
I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care my little boy and I received during our stay on the Dewi Children’s Ward. From the moment we arrived, the whole team went above and beyond to make a very worrying time feel manageable, supportive, and full of compassion.
