I utilized Yvonne to help with the sale of my Chicago Two Flat this summer. Yvonne was communicative and made selling my property from out of state a breeze. She clearly walked us through all the steps, reminded us of those easy to forget action items necessary to close, and attended the closing in our stead as we were out of state!
