I’ve been seeing Jack Rains for about 18 months now for management of a chronic joint condition and general strength training. Through the weekly YS strength classes and exercise prescription/treatment plan from Jack, my pain is significantly reduced and I feel the strongest I’ve been in the 10 years since the onset of symptoms. Jack is a very validating and detail oriented practitioner and I would recommend him to anyone, whether they are recovering from a sports injury or managing an ongoing issue.
