It’s nothing short of a scam. We were quoted $99 for regular cleaning and estimated time of 1-1.5 hours. The associate tried to upsell deep clean for $730 or $300 for one coffee stain. When we asked to stick with the regular cleaning, he spent 2 minutes per bedroom, I timed it. I’d understand that a regular cleaning might not have much impact if the carpet needs deep cleaning but at least he should have spent the efforts for which I was charged and they committed to, not a lousy 2 minutes per bedroom job. Just sprayed some water and left. I asked him to spray shampoo and he wanted to upcharge me another 170. He was done in 5 minutes. I had to get my own shampooer and actually just do it myself. Would of saved 80$
My carpet was so dirty and needed a good cleaning. In less than one hour, Tech & his associate had cleaned the carpet. It look amazing and I didn't have to do anything. Great job, very professional, very reasonable and I am VERY pleased with the results!!!
I saw a lot of good reviews, so I booked an appointment a week in advance with Steam Green Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets on Sunday between 9 AM and 10 AM. On Sunday morning at around 8:00 AM, the driver called, saying he’d be at my place in 45 minutes. I was given a window of arrival for my carpet cleaning today of between 2-4 pm. By 5:30 they still had not arrived so while waiting I decided to read reviews online. My quote had been $89 for a set of about 13 stairs in a townhouse. They were aware there was a flight of stairs to get into the apartment.
