I am writing to formally complain about the handling of our carpet cleaning service and the serious miscommunication involved. Initially, the technician was scheduled to come on the Dec 28th to clean the carpet. No one showed up for the appointment, and we were later informed that the service could not be completed due to equipment issues. After this, we were asked to send photos of the carpet in order to receive an estimate.
