❗️DO NOT USE! FRAUD❗️ I hired this company to clean my carpets in my dining room, living room and hallway. The tech came, and quoted us $300 for a “deep clean”. He took 30 min to “deep clean” and told us no pets, no kids and to let it dry over 6 hours because of the “chemicals”. We came home after letting it sit for 8+ hours with the windows open and fans blowing. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE. We called them immediately and said they don’t warranty “standard cleaning” but they charged me for a “deep clean”. I have the tech on vid... read more

The worst cleaning I’ve ever had, my carpets smell like wet socks and one of them has a copper taint on it. When I tried to call them to fix the problem, they would hang up the phone! They also advertised a discounted price of $99 per carpet which later they denied - in other words the old bate & switch. Definitely not recommended, bunch of low grade scammers!
People often don't notice the carpet next to their closets, but over time, those little worn strips add up. Even the edges that weren't cleaned looked better afterward. Details that generally blend into the background made the room look cleaner all of a sudden. It was more important than expected to pay attention there.
More proof than wanted was left behind by weekend guests and family gatherings, especially in the busiest rooms. All of that was fixed in one visit when the carpet was cleaned. Areas with a lot of use stopped looking disorganized and began to feel like they were well-kept again. Just what you need before hosting season gets up again.
