I had heart valve surgery yesterday and the Doctors , nurses , and staff were excellent I was treated very well No complaints from me

By far the worst staff except for the doctors. This Hospital was 35 min just to get checked in. They did shift change and I was in level 7.5 pain and then they took me and looked annoyed. I was astonished. Worst hospital experience in my life. I was at some of the best hospitals so my bar is high but the level of care was ridiculous. It took 6 hours just to get a cat scan and an ultrasound. Then they forgot I was there lol I almost discharged myself. Don’t go unless you call 911

Don't ever go to the Emergency room. They're understaffed, unorganized and highly unprofessional. They do not attend you in a timely manner have no patient care or concern. I could have literally died and noone would even have noticed. So if you have to go to an emergency room Don't Go Here!!!
