I’ve worked out at many gyms over the years. I’m glad I was referred to yorfit by some close friends. I’ll be a long term member for sure. The last 6 months I’ve learned a lot of lifting techniques thanks to Spencer and the crew. It’s a challenge everyday and a place i look forward to going to! THANK YOU!
Amazing CrossFit gym! Spencer does an amazing job at explaining/modifying any movement to any skill level. You feel a part of the community as soon as you walk in! Everyone needs to give this gym a try!

I've been "dropping in" to yorFit for the last 8 or so years whenever I'm in town visiting family. The gym is always clean, coaching is always attentive, and the members always make me feel included and welcome. This gym is fantastic!!
