Best gym in the area! If you are looking for CrossFit type workouts in small class this is the place! They can tailor the workout to your needs and push you to do more than you thought capable. I have tried other similar gyms in the area and nothing compares. Incredible coaches who motivate you and help you achieve your goals. Very welcoming and clean space! Not just a gym but a community of incredible people.

1st time coming today at 5am with a friend. I had a great time. Instructor was great and overall a clean facility. Excited to go back.

I’ve worked out at many gyms over the years. I’m glad I was referred to yorfit by some close friends. I’ll be a long term member for sure. The last 6 months I’ve learned a lot of lifting techniques thanks to Spencer and the crew. It’s a challenge everyday and a place i look forward to going to! THANK YOU!

Amazing CrossFit gym! Spencer does an amazing job at explaining/modifying any movement to any skill level. You feel a part of the community as soon as you walk in! Everyone needs to give this gym a try!

Emailed a couple crossfit gyms in the area. Stacey was the only one to respond. Great coaching and programing. Would recommend to anyone.
