Friendly staff, quick refill service. Helpful with any questions. Small town vibe.
I don't know how many times they didn't have my medicine and then I have to be off cold turkey for days. Which then once ended up in the hospital. Place has gone downhill! That's for sure. The people are rude. Be going somewhere else now.
I understand issues with hours when we have some snow. But you're no longer open on Saturday's. Drove from Scott Valley Monday afternoon only to find them closed with no explanation. Called to find out they were close due to inclement weather, stating they didn't know when they'd be open. Mind you, I'd just driven over the pass with no issue.
