Avoid at all costs. This place sucks! Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, battery replacement, and fuel filter replacement for 9AM. After 2 hours I went and asked them when they expected to have it done. They said 30 minutes because they needed to install the new battery. Yep...they said it would take professional mechanics 30 minutes to replace a battery after it took them over 2 hours to change the oil. So at 12:30 I finally got the truck back. My family of 5 broke down on the grade just north of Yreka just before the top on Thanksgiving day. The tow truck was able able to drop our truck at Best Western for the night. I called first thing in the morning (8am) to verify if they could at least get my truck in to see what was going on. They told me to limp it over and promptly were able to figure out the problem. I got a flat on the freeway and this was the closest place that I could safely get to. The employees were ALL amazing, friendly, and super helpful.
