The doctor and care provided is fine. However, the staff is horrendous to deal with. On the rare occasions they actually answer the phone, they are short and rude. I had to listen to a diatribe this morning from whoever answered the phone about how short staffed they are. While I can sympathize, as a customer, I just don't want to hear it.
