Extremely friendly and helpful staff
I was initially upset because they didn't have the part in stock which meant double labor charges to repair the 12-volt receptacle in our Honda CRV. But when I went up yesterday to have the repair completed they discounted the labor charges which was fair and greatly appreciated. So I am happy with the dealership and their ability to repair problems and be fair about their charges.
This is about the their mechanical shop. My car broke in I-5 in Yreka on 10/27/2024; Every shop was closed on Sunday, I called them Monday morning and they told me there was a two week waiting time, it did not matter it was a Honda Pilot and we were stranded and 322 miles away from home.
Fast and nice people work there I will always take my car to them
