Training with Tina has been an absolute game-changer! I used to feel so intimidated by all the gym equipment and it had been a while since I'd stepped foot in a gym. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident using everything. I’ve ended up genuinely loving strength training, and our one-hour sessions fly by so fast. Highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for a fantastic personal trainer!
I could not recommend Tina enough as a coach! Tina is highly knowledgeable and has taught me so much about weight training and fitness. I have gained so much confidence in the gym since joining Tina’s coaching program. She is so supportive and a beautiful human inside and out! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PT as she goes above and beyond. Could not thank her enough 😊
Tina is the best coach and she actually cares about you and your progress. Her knowledge base is amazing and she never hesitates to answer any questions you have or help you. Also her workouts are so good, you will definitely feel the burn! Highly recommend!
Tina is an amazing coach who has supported me through out my entire fitness journey, & I’ll forever be grateful
The most amazing coach you could ask for! Tina not only helps you through your fitness journey but also genuinely cares for your wellbeing - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a coach
