YRC is the worst absolute worst freight company you could ever deal with. They don’t care about your freight. They have literally miss shipped or lost every one of our pallets. Customer service does not care. They should be refunding me hundreds and thousands of dollars in lost time for what it takes for them to ship and deliver. What a joke.
Received a furniture shipment from Costco via yellow. Worst delivery ever. The pallet was collapsed, boxes were smashed and opened with broken pieces. Costco’s policy is to note on the delivery slip if there is damage to the product or package. The driver would not allow me to make a note - he said he would do it personally. I told him that he could make the note but that I wouldn’t sign for the delivery until it stated the packaging was damaged. He said “No. I told you I would after you signed”.
