can we give no stars? A 300lb package has been taking up space on our loading dock for 2 days. Every time we call they are on their way. Don't waste your time or money. Try getting dispatch on the phone. They never answer and you can't leave a message. Only positive are the customer service Debbie and Sarah. It seems like they tried but their fellow employees have let them down. It must suck to work for a company like this.
YRC Freight is, by far, the worst freight company our company has ever used! Consistently late, rude and uncaring customer service (if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone). Do you and your company a favor: Use ABF Freight instead or another highly rated carrier. These guys just take your money and do nothing for you in return. They should be ashamed of themselves!
