Totally rude people that work in the office and dispatch. Really a terrible company we will never ship anything with them ever again. You don't know when your delivery is going to be here. They just show up unannounced. Not a guest to me the date or time or anything. They also refused to call you and let you know they're coming. Additionally they're about 25% higher than anyone else. Beware also damage shipments are a norm with them they are very careless.
Terrible customer service, Donna in the office specifically. Rude and unprofessional. Not willing to work with me (female) with a 700lb delivery. Delivery of a large item consisted of dropping it off curbside in the rain. My garage was available and only 100 feet from the curb! Ever heard of a freight company without pallet jacks??? Now you have- YRC in Springdale, AR.
