I ordered tables and chairs for my business a month ago…. Every day the tracking on it gets changed. First they told me they didn’t have my order, then the story changed to “it was on the truck and then taken off for some reason” now the story is they lost it for a while…. Every day I check the numbers it’s pushed out another day. I’ve had to spend money to rent chairs and tables for 3 events now with zero cares from YRC. So irritated with the whole thing…….
Took more than 4 hours to setup shipping for two pallets with this company. Every time I needed to call it was always a 20 minute wait. Not recommend
