The Five stars is for ALL of the really great folks at the Glenmont NY location...not YRC in general. I'm so sad to hear what YRC has done to you folks. What a disaster! You folks were always the best when I picked up my pallets each month for The Dog Agility Shop®. Amazing people and I will miss coming down to get our stuff. All the best my friends!
My shipment was severely damaged by careless YRC workers on the route.. I swore not to use YRC again, but Wesley in this location took over and fixed it personally during the night, and ready for delivery next day! What a great employee! You saved YRC!
Second time using them, we're very reasonable to ship a large heavy item halfway across the country. I have 2 more very heavy shipments to make this week, hopefully these go as well as the others
