Updated 3/9/23 - During the Fall of 2022 and our latest shipment 3/9/23 - their delivery times have seen "major" improvements. I updated this from a 1 star to a 4 star review. Note the drivers have always been very professional and friendly - they get a 5 star review. Updated 6/1/22 - 3 years later - I would be happy to update this review to say things improved however in 3 years not much has changed except the sale rep finally stopped soliciting us to commit to using their company after shipments arriving weeks late.
