Shout out to Thea for the incredible dental service today, to Dr. Roland for the clear explanation of the dental work that I need, and to Cristina for the very smooth process on billing. YQR Dental is very organized, the clinic is very clean, and you can see that their level of efficiency and customer care are top notch. This is the clinic to go in Regina!
Dr. Roland and his team are very kind and have created a perfect + calm atmosphere at the clinic. I always struggle with bad anxiety 😅 going to dental clinics but the first time that I visited YQR dental studio, I immediately felt at ease bcs the staff is so welcoming and have been going there since then! I also really appreciate how they always explain / walk you through all the x-rays and discuss what’s the best option for you.

I was going to get my root canal done and I had a negative experience with the dentist. He said my hands on my stomach was uncomfortable for him so I put my hands by my side then I asked him if he could fix my head rest it was hurting my neck then he raised his hands at me and pointed at me and I asked him to not do that please and he got up and left the room. He came back to room and said he wanted to reschedule my appointment. I was completely okay with continuing on with the appointment. I normally don’t like to play the ... read more
