Ypsilon Services Are Amazing! – This was one of the most pleasant dress shopping experiences I've had! They really have an incredible selection, reasonable prices, and original pieces. They were so kind and helpful and offered honest opinions! This has become one of mine and my friends' favorite venues for formals. I recommend this to any and everyone!
Awesome Dress Shopping Experience – Looking for the perfect dress for my senior prom, I found Ypsilon, the best dress shop ever. Everybody who works there was so helpful, and they gave their honest opinion about which dress looked the best. They also had an amazing selection. If you want the perfect dress and the guarantee that nobody else from your school will be wearing it to the same event, go to Ypsilon!
beautiful dresses and wonderful employees – shopping for a prom dress for my daughter could not have been a more pleasant experience, especially with Maddie there helping us, she was just wonderful. They had a wonderful selection of dresses. We had fun watching my daughter try on many dresses and deciding which one we liked best. great dresses, bad employees – i've been there quite a few times and every time I go there I feel like they're scared to let me look at the dresses... they're a dress shop for crying out loud. I understand that a lot of people trying on all of the dresses is not good for the dresses, but cmon let me try them on! when I just wanted to try on one that I thought would be too big, the lady told me I couldn't. Horrible customer service. Do not buy dresses here!!! – I took my daughter in today to find a dress for homecoming. As she was trying on dresses, one of the zippers on the back of the dress got stuck. She finally got it to go up and it split open. It was definitely a bad zipper. I showed it to the employee after my daughter took the dress off and she informed me that "now I am going to have to tell my boss" I said ok. She told me it was because my daughter was too large for the dress and I was probably going to have to pay f... read more
Great clothes that you won't see everyone else wearing – I went to the trolley square location and loved it. I went in looking for a dress for a holiday party. I ended up buying a dress, and pair of jeans, and and some t-shirts. I've seen the store around for years, but I never knew it was more than a dress shop. I will shop there again because I try not to wear the same clothes as everyone else in Utah. Oh, and the girl helping me was really nice.
Horrible customer service – The owner was the rudest woman I've ever dealt with.
