The owner is terrible and cheap ass hell. He is totally unprofessional, rude and a coward. There’s no way in hell this MAN should be in business, The only thing good about this place is the workers. Ypsilanti Import is the most dysfunctional auto dealership I’ve ever been too and it’s because of the OWNER. He’s a damn mess.
